Thirty years of standing up in courtrooms, reading contracts before they bite, and watching how disputes really start, that experience is now what stands behind every agreement the company signs.

He spent the formative decades of his career in public prosecution, building a feel for how facts hold up under pressure, how clauses get tested, and what separates a clean engagement from one that ends in litigation. That instinct does not fade. It just gets quieter and more useful with time.

Today, as Legal Head at Datasoft, he reviews every meaningful client contract, master agreement, and SoW before it goes out.
