Job Description
Datasoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing talent across multiple technology domains while working closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical & cultural fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Handle offer management, negotiation, and candidate closures
Maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future requirements
Work on roles across Web, Mobile, Software, AI, Cloud, and Emerging Technologies
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment data and reports on hiring progress
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing

Requirements & Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition
Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Experience working with remote teams and global candidates
Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have (Preferred)
Experience hiring for IT services or product-based companies
Exposure to international hiring or contract staffing
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics
Ability to work in a fast-growing startup or agency environment
