We value a broad skill set and the ability to pivot between technologies. Our ideal candidate is proficient in:
Frontend: React.js, React Native, Tailwind CSS
Backend: Laravel, Django, Fast API
APIs: Building and testing with Rest API & Postman
Database: MySQL
Infrastructure: Linux Administration
Innovation: Experience with AI tools like Claude for development efficiency

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on web and/or mobile applications.
Fundamental Skills: Strong understanding of fundamental computer science concepts (e.g., data structures, algorithms, problem-solving).
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug, and solve complex technical problems.
Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with a team and understanding project requirements.
Adaptability: Proven track record as a quick learner, able to pick up new tools, technologies, and business domains.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership of tasks.
Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
